This country is famous for its fascinating Piazzas and breathtaking Duomos, delicious cuisine and beautiful language. And surprisingly it is the first country that makes climate change education mandatory.

From 2020 Students in Italy will learn matters linked to climate issues and sustainable development at school. As Lorenzo Fioramonti, Minister of education says, there will be 33 hours a year built into the curriculum.
